WOW

Yes, it has been a very long time! I found some free time (which means the little one has been fed and is sleeping, Logan is watching TV and there is already laundry going in the machine!) Well I had my baby on September 1st! We named him Mason Kent Gillilan! He was 7 lb 8 oz and was 2 weeks early! One big boy! He has been a pretty good baby and this was a while ago! He is now huge, it's weird looking at him as a tiny little guy. Anyway, here is this post and hopefully I will be able to update some other parts of our life before too long. Gotta go the baby is now crying!

December

December was great! We started out with putting up our christmas tree. It's a little tree that we have had since St. George, but it fits great in our little area. I put up the tree while Logan and Erik played of course. That seems to be the dad's duty a lot of the time! Go figure! Anyway, then came my 29th birthday! Kelli made me a delicious mayonaise cake (Thank you Grandma Betty) We headed down to Lehi and Gillilan's watched logan while we went to dinner and saw Twilight. I was excited to finally see it. Gary and Christina had a cake for me there too. Thanks everyone for a great b-day! Then came all the christmas festivities. Layton lights, ogden lights and temple lights! and of course Santa Claus! Logan loved all of it. It was cold and he was always a little trooper! We were able to do the advent calendar all month also (thanks Christina and Gary) Logan loved this and finally the countdown was over! Christmas eve was at my aunt and uncle Duehlmeir's! this is great food and fun! the three wise guys come and share all sorts of gifts for the kids. This is a fun tradition we have. Christmas day we woke up and Logan got to see his train and his kitchen. He loved this. He also got some new DVD's. We then went into the Gillilan's and of course we were all spoiled there. Thanks Gary and Christina. A couple days later we all got together (my family) and skyped my parents. They got to watch us open our presents (that they sent home with me when I visited indonesia) The kids did their exchange and it was fun! One of the highlights of my month was being in the ward choir christmas program. It was an awesome experience and the spirit was so strong with the beautiful songs and words. I loved it! We had a great holiday season and are thankful for all we have and that we were able to celebrate the Lord's birth. Hope you all had a great holiday!
